Sylvan Realty's Portfolio Services Group
Portfolio Services Group (PSG) is the bulk brokerage arm of Sylvan Realty, an affiliate of Sylvan Road Capital LLC and licensed real estate brokerage. Our team is dedicated to acquisitions and dispositions of single-family rental portfolios nationwide. We provide comprehensive brokerage services for SFR portfolios including institutional level valuation, sales, and advisory services. We combine our single-family expertise, proprietary technology, and strong capital markets presence to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
The Team
Michael oversees asset acquisitions, dispositions, and deal structuring for bulk SFR portfolios. Prior to joining Sylvan Road, Michael served as a Director in JLL and Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets groups, where he consulted with and advised institutions and family offices in the sale of over 200 NYC commercial & multifamily properties valued in excess of $1.5 Billion. Michael graduated from the University of Delaware (BS, Finance).
Becca is the marketing coordinator servicing our institutional clients with portfolio marketing and asset information. Prior to joining Sylvan Road, she was a Sr. Account Manager at Zelen Communications assisting with the advertising of real estate projects and promoting national homebuilders. Since joining Sylvan, she has worked on over $500M in deals in the SFR sector. Becca graduated from Florida State University (BS, Communications).
Julie Colquitt is Sylvan Realty's multi-state broker of record. She has spent several years as a broker with Sylvan, directing the Realty team in acquisitions, dispositions, and marketing. Prior to joining Sylvan Road, Julie was the Director of Central Operations for HavenBrook Homes. HavenBrook Homes became an integrated subsidiary of Sylvan Road Capital when it first launched in 2012, making Julie a part of the Sylvan Road family since its inception. Julie is a dedicated and dynamic voice at Sylvan Road, she focuses on driving business outcomes and inspires others towards action. Julie graduated from Erskine College, Clemson University, and holds a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Georgia.
